Organoclay | Organophilic Clay CP-2 also named amine treated Bentonite.

In diesel oil based fluids,organophilic clay viscosifier CP-2 are used to increase carrying capacity and suspension properties, providing support for weight materials and improved cutting removal. Organophilic bentonite also aids in filter-cake formation and filtration control.

Organoclay | Organophilic Clay CP-2 is packed in 50lb(22.7kg) or 25kg/bag or customized,multi-wall paper sacks or Kraft paper bag with PE liner or customized.

Storage

CP-2 Store in a dry, well-ventilated area with temperature of 0℃-30℃.  Keep container closed. The quality guarantee period is 24 months.

CP-40 mud rheology modifier
New rheology modifier for use in drilling fluids is CP-40. A major rheological parameter, the yield point/plastic viscosity has been optimized.
The primary benefit of CP-40 is its suitability for usage in solvent-based systems. It is compatible with both low and medium polar solvents. This mud additive has superior gelling and rheological qualities than standard additives.

Additionally, Mud Rheology Modifier CP-40 can be used to rectify paint batches. Its low molecular weight makes it suitable for this use. By altering the viscosity of the rheology modifier with five percent water, the rheology of the modified paint was assessed. The viscosity was then measured and compared to regular paint’s viscosity.

The novel rheology modifier delivers a rheology profile that is independent of temperature. It is ideal for applications involving deep water and mud weights up to 18.0 lb/gal. The new addition enhances the performance of fluids and reduces fluid loss. It can also be utilized in systems without clay.
