flattening agent for paint
We use silica as the main raw material in our matting agent. Flattening agent for paint can be widely applied in coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, and sealants.
Its primary function is to reduce the glossiness of paints, varnishes, and other surface coatings while providing lower viscosity and improved mixing capabilities. When using our matting powder in paint coatings, a very small amount is needed to achieve the desired level of glossiness. Our packaging comes in 10-kilogram bags, and we can provide a safety transportation guarantee to ensure safe delivery by air, sea, or rail.

In addition to altering surface glossiness, our matting agent can provide additional mechanical properties. It offers features such as transparency, smoothness, scratch resistance, and weather resistance. It also exhibits good compatibility and matching with different components in coatings. Its primary role is gloss control while imparting good dispersibility, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance.
Our matting powder finds application in architectural and interior coatings, wood flooring, plastic coatings, leather coatings, metal coatings, and printing inks. Thus, this series of precipitated silica products can be applied in liquid, powder, and gel coatings, providing improved viscosity and mixing capabilities.
Furthermore, our fire retardant can be applied in external building roofing, interior aluminum panels, or materials used for ceilings, providing excellent and uniform matting and reducing glossiness effectively.
Matting agent is a kind of high performance silica and easily dispersible matting agent for general applications in paints and coatings. Flattening agent for paint is non-wax-treated grade.
