1), It is a thickening effect.

Because when bentonite is dispersed in grease, it will expand and form a gel-like structure, which can greatly improve the viscosity of grease, making the lubricant exist in a semi-solid consistency. The application of bentonite in lubricating grease can control the hardness of the grease and achieve the characteristic of maintaining stable viscosity.

2), Provide good stability.

Due to the bright structure of organic spraying itself, it can effectively add additives to some components of lubricating grease and mix them evenly. This can prevent sedimentation and oil leakage, or changes over storage time, which can be avoided by using organic bentonite.

3), Provide temperature stability.

Because we know that organic bentonite can maintain stability at temperatures below 350 ℃, organic bentonite can make lubricating grease at high temperatures without losing moisture due to high temperatures or in previous years. However, it is not suitable for applications with extremely high temperatures.

4), Organic bentonite has strong economic benefits when used. Compared with other additives, the high performance and price of organic bentonite form a sharp contrast, and it will have a better price advantage than other additives.

5), Good compatibility and matching.Bentonite Grease is compatible with most standard lubricating grease additives, such as antioxidants, extreme pressure additives, etc. It can be well matched with the same formula and will not interfere with or affect the formation of other additives’ properties. Therefore, organic bentonite is a highly compatible lubricating grease additive.
